Please ensure garments are returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached, to maintain our commitment to sustainable fashion quality.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place your unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our studio team inspects and approves your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
